STEP BY STEP HOW TO MAKE VEGAN ONION RINGS
Ingredients:
- 2 large onions, cut into thick rings
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup vegetable milk (such as almond or soy milk)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, corn flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Dip each onion ring in the vegetable milk and then in the flour mixture, making sure they are completely coated.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan to 360º F or 180°C.

- Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
