STEP BY STEP HOW TO MAKE VEGAN COFFEE CAKE
Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup strong coffee, prepared and cooled
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Directions:
Preparing the Ingredients:
- Preheat the oven to 360º F or 180°C. Grease and flour a cake tin.
- Prepare a cup of strong coffee and leave to cool.
Preparing the dough:

- In another bowl, mix the oil, cooled coffee, apple cider vinegar and vanilla extract.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth batter is obtained.

- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
