- 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 large broccoli, cut into small florets
- 200g firm tofu, squeezed to remove excess water
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup vegetable milk (such as soy or almond milk)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions:
Preparing the dough:
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Add the vegetable oil and cold water to the flour mixture.
- Stir until a homogeneous dough forms.
