STEP BY STEP HOW TO MAKE VEGAN BLACK BEAN BURGERS

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked black beans
  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for sautéing)
  • Vegan hamburger buns
  • Ingredients for the desired accompaniments (such as lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, sauces, etc.)

How to make

Preparing the ingredients:

  • In a frying pan, heat some olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until soft and lightly browned.
