STEP BY STEP HOW TO MAKE EGGPLANT AND TOFU CANNELLONI

  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 8 sheets of pre-cooked lasagna pasta

Directions:
